3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for information — it does not confirm a booking. A trip is confirmed only once we have agreed the itinerary, price and payment with you directly. We reserve the right to decline or adjust a booking where a hotel, vehicle or date becomes unavailable, and will offer the best alternative we can.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are a starting point and are confirmed for your exact dates, hotel category and group size before you pay anything. Payments are made directly to Sweet Escapes Tours & Travels and are not processed through this website.
5. Changes beyond our control
Weather, road conditions, government restrictions and similar circumstances in Kashmir can affect an itinerary. Where this happens, we will offer the closest reasonable alternative, but we are not responsible for costs arising from causes beyond our control.
6. Third-party services
Hotels, airlines, drivers and other service providers used on your trip operate under their own terms. We select providers carefully, but we are not liable for their acts, delays or cancellations.
