When should a family from Pune travel to Kashmir?
June and July are the best window — the weather is at its best and the gardens are in bloom while Maharashtra is in the monsoon and the rest of India is in the heat. March to May is tulip and blossom season, September to November brings the golden chinar, and November to February is the snow season.
